Description
Pivotone is a Japanese music duo consisting of Gnyonpix and Gaki (from Bakirinosu). Gnyonpix produces the electric tracks while Gaki lends her unique singing voice, resulting in a distinctive and original sound. “Soshu-Yakyoku” is a cover of a classic song sung in the movie “Shina No Yoru.” The new version will be a pleasant surprise, especially if you are familiar with the smoothness of the original. The artwork for the album is by collage artist Sara Shimizu, who imagines sounds falling on the surface of a river at night.
